Sec. 124. (1) A mobile home condominium co-owner shall receive good and marketable title to his particular mobile home condominium site together with an undivided interest in the common elements. (2) A mobile home condominium co-owner may remove a mobile home from the mobile home condominium site, and sell his rights and interest in the mobile home condominium site, but may not remove any of the common elements.
