County road commissioner's certificate

Sec. 147. (1) A certificate shall be signed by the chairperson of the board of county road commissioners. (2) The certificate shall show the date on which the board met and approved the plat and the date the certificate was placed on the plat. (3) The certificate shall signify both of the following: (a) That the plat has been reviewed and conforms to the requirements of this act and the board's published rules and regulations relative to streets, alleys, roads, and highways under its jurisdiction. (b) That the plat has the board's approval.
