Sec. 224. (1) The supreme court shall adopt procedures to ensure that, when a majority of the justices of the supreme court or of the judges of a multi-judge court meet to discuss or decide upon court rules or administrative orders, the meeting shall be open to the public. (2) As used in subsection (1), "court" means the court of appeals, a judicial circuit of the circuit court, the probate court of a county or probate court district, a district of the district court, or any statutory court.
