Judgments; nonissuance of execution

Sec. 6021. No execution may issue upon a judgment against: (1) Any township, village, city, or against the trustees or common council, or officers thereof where the action is prosecuted by or against them in their name of office; (2) Any corporate body or unincorporated board, having charge or control of any state institution; (3) Any school district; (4) Any county or the board of supervisors or any county officer in an action prosecuted by or against him in his name of office.
