Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.8041

Sec. 8041. (1) An appeal from a business court shall be to the court of appeals, as prescribed by supreme court rules. (2) The time within which an appeal as of right from a business court may be taken shall be governed by supreme court rules concerning appeals from the circuit court.
