Visiting child at child care center, group child care home, or family child care home; effect of court order

Sec. 3a. (1) A parent or legal guardian of a child at a child care center, group child care home, or family child care home may visit the child at the child care center, group child care home, or family child care home at any time. (2) A parent or legal guardian who wishes to enroll a child at a child care center, group child care home, or family child care home may visit the child care center, group child care home, or family child care home before the child's enrollment during the hours of operation of the child care center, group child care home, or family child care home. (3) This section does not permit parenting time with a child in violation of a court order.
