Sec. 2. (1) The state foster care review board program is created within the state court administrative office, to consist of staff necessary to perform the functions of the state board program as prescribed by this act. The state court administrative office shall administer the state foster care review program. (2) The state court administrative office shall assist the state board program in developing and maintaining access to and liaison with the probate court in each county of this state that has a local board. (3) This act shall not be construed to authorize either the state court administrative office or the local boards to provide direct supervision of foster care services.
