Sec. 5. (1) Section 7 governs an action to set aside an acknowledgment of parentage. (2) Section 8 governs an action to determine that a genetic father is not a child's father. (3) Section 9 governs an action to set aside an order of filiation. (4) Section 11 governs an action to determine that a presumed parent is not a child's parent.
