Extension and application of chapter

Sec. 376. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), this chapter shall extend and apply to lotteries owned and carried on in another state. (2) This chapter shall not apply to the manufacturing and transportation of material in this state in connection with a lottery lawfully conducted in another country or state.
