Duties of court carried out through office of friend of court

Sec. 17. The court of this state, when acting as a responding court, has the following duties which may be carried out through the office of the friend of the court: (a) To transmit to the initiating court any payment made by the obligor pursuant to any order of the court or otherwise. (b) To furnish to the initiating court upon request a certified statement of all payments made by the obligor.
