Subdivision 1. Applicability.
The definitions given in this section shall obtain for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53 , except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context.
Subd. 2. Additional terms.
The definitions given in section 115.01 shall govern for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53 , except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context.

Subd. 4. Agency.
"Agency" means the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
