Subdivision 1. Scope.
The section referred to in this section is codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify attorney general data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing.
Subd. 2. Data privacy and protection assessments.
A data privacy and protection assessment collected or maintained by the attorney general is classified under section 325M.18 .
