Subdivision 1. Immunity from liability.
(a) The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care and representatives of the office are immune from liability for conduct described in section 256.9742, subdivision 2 .
(b) The Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities and representatives of the office are immune from liability for conduct described in section 245.96 .
Subd. 2. Data classification.
(a) All forms and notices received by the Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care under this chapter are classified under section 256.9744 .
(b) All data collected or received by the Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities are classified under section 245.94 .
