Minn. Stat. § 147.033

PRACTICE OF TELEHEALTH.

Known as the Minnesota Medical Practice Act

Subdivision 1. Definition.

For the purposes of this section, "telehealth" has the meaning given in section 62A.673, subdivision 2 , paragraph (h).

Subd. 2. Physician-patient relationship.

A physician-patient relationship may be established through telehealth.

Subd. 3. Standards of practice and conduct.

A physician providing health care services by telehealth in this state shall be held to the same standards of practice and conduct as provided in this chapter for in-person health care services.
