Minn. Stat. § 168A.21

DISCLOSURE OF SECURITY INTEREST.

Subdivision 1. Generally.

A secured party named in a certificate of title shall upon written request of the owner or of another secured party named on the certificate disclose any pertinent information as to the security agreement and the indebtedness secured by it.

Subd. 2. Child support.

A secured party that is a public authority or an obligee with a lien under section 168A.05, subdivision 8 , shall, upon written request of the owner, disclose the amount of the judgment debt secured.
