Minn. Stat. § 177.26

DIVISION OF LABOR STANDARDS.

Known as the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act

Subdivision 1. Creation.

The Division of Labor Standards in the Department of Labor and Industry is supervised and controlled by the commissioner of labor and industry.

Subd. 2. Powers and duties.

The Division of Labor Standards shall administer this chapter and chapters 181, 181A, and 184.
