Subdivision 1. For administration.
The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to administer sections 18C.531 to 18C.575 .
Subd. 2. Liming materials.
The commissioner may adopt rules governing the distribution, labeling, sale, handling, certification, use, application, storage, sampling, and analysis of liming materials.
