Subdivision 1. Establishment.

Any city, county, town, combination thereof, or private nonprofit corporation may establish a community mental health center.

Subd. 2. Definition.

A community mental health center is a private nonprofit corporation or public agency approved under the standards of section 256B.0625, subdivision 5 .
