Subdivision 1. Scope.
For purposes of sections 253.195 to 253.26 , the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.
Subd. 2. Executive board.
"Executive board" has the meaning given in section 246C.015 .
Subd. 3. Secure treatment facility.
"Secure treatment facility" has the meaning given in section 253B.02, subdivision 18a .
