Subdivision 1.

MS 1967 [Repealed, 1969 c 1150 s 7; 1974 c 435 art 6 s 1 ]

Subd. 2. Exception.

Sections 282.241 to 282.324 shall not apply to any parcel of land forfeited to the state for taxes which is within the boundaries of a Capitol Area.
