GROUPING OF MEMBERS.

Subdivision 1. Authorization.

A cooperative may in the articles or bylaws group members in districts, local units, or another basis.

Subd. 2. Implementation.

The board may do things necessary to implement the use of districts or local units including setting the time and place and prescribing the rules of conduct for holding meetings by districts or local units to elect delegates to members' meetings.
