FILING CLAIMS IN COURT-SUPERVISED DISSOLUTION PROCEEDINGS.

Subdivision 1. Filing under oath.

In proceedings to dissolve a cooperative, the court may require all creditors and claimants of the cooperative to file their claims pursuant to section 576.49 . The receiver or any party in interest may object to any claims pursuant to section 576.50 .
