FILING CLAIMS IN PROCEEDINGS TO DISSOLVE.

Known as the Minnesota Nonprofit Corporation Act

Subdivision 1. Filing may be required.

In a proceeding under section 317A.751 to dissolve a corporation, the court may require creditors and claimants of the corporation to file their claims pursuant to section 576.49 . The receiver or any party in interest may object to any claim pursuant to section 576.50 .
