Subdivision 1.

MS 1996 [Repealed, 1997 c 40 s 2 ]

Subd. 1a. Under county rules.

Upon request of the appointing authority, the human resources director shall certify eligibles in accordance with rules adopted under section 383A.284, subdivision 1 .
