RESOURCE RECOVERY.

Subdivision 1. Nonmetropolitan county powers.

Dakota County may exercise the powers of a county under section 400.08 , in addition to the powers that Dakota County may exercise under other law. The county may expend money for resource recovery purposes under sections 473.801 to 473.845 .
