Subdivision 1. Terms.
Except as provided in this section the terms contained in sections 475A.01 to 475A.06 shall have the meanings given them by section 475.51 .
Subd. 2. Municipality.
"Municipality" means any city, town, county, school district or any political subdivision of the state which has the authority to issue general obligations.
Subd. 3. Guaranteed bond.
"Guaranteed bond" means a general obligation bond of a municipality including a statement approved by the commissioner of management and budget as provided in section 475A.03 .
