VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES.

Subdivision 1. Employing solicitors.

Any attorney at law who violates section 481.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Subd. 2. Soliciting of business.

Any person who violates section 481.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
