citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

In an action to recover possession of personal property, the claimant may obtain possession of the property prior to final judgment in the manner prescribed in Laws 1979, chapter 18.
