PROHIBITED HUNTING METHODS.

Subdivision 1. Open fire or smoke.

A person may not take a protected wild animal with the aid of an open fire or smoke.

Subd. 2. Cutting trees.

A person may not take a protected wild animal by cutting down a tree occupied by a protected wild animal.
