Time for election — subsequent elections

The question of issuing general obligation bonds under a plan to finance a project which has been approved by the governing body of the municipality shall be submitted within one year from the date of approval by the governing body. If the question of issuing general obligation bonds is submitted and does not pass, the question shall not be submitted to the voters until the governing body determines that the question may be submitted.
