Mo. Rev. Stat. § 104.081

Highway patrol retirement age

Effective: 28 Aug 2004; (L. 2004 H.B. 1440)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any uniformed member of the highway patrol may retire at age fifty-five with four years of creditable service with a normal annuity and shall retire at age sixty.
