Mo. Rev. Stat. § 105.1073

Liability coverage to be provided — amounts of coverage

Motor vehicle, aircraft, or marine liability insurance acquired pursuant to sections 105.1070 to 105.1079 shall provide coverage for state employees, members of the Missouri National Guard, or agents while operating state-controlled motor vehicles, aircraft, or marine vessels on state business in the course of their employment, military duties, or within the scope of their agency, subject to the following minimum amounts exclusive of interest and costs:

(1) Not less than twenty-five thousand dollars because of bodily injury to, or the death of, one person in any one accident;

(2) Subject to the limit in subdivision (1), not less than fifty thousand dollars because of bodily injury to, or death of, two or more persons in any one accident; and

(3) Not less than twenty-five thousand dollars because of injury to, or destruction of, property of others in any one accident.
