Any official having charge of and authority over the hiring of employees or granting of educational assistance, as described in section 105.1213, shall adopt procedures deemed appropriate to effectuate the provisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216. Certification by the applicant of his registration status shall be deemed adequate to satisfy the provisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216.
