Legislators, certain travel covered

Known as the Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Law

The act spans §§ 105–105 (212 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1969; (L. 1969 S.B. 213 § 5)

In addition to any other provision of law each elected member of the legislative branch of government shall be considered to be within the scope of his office while traveling between his district and the seat of government in connection with his legislative duties.
