Mo. Rev. Stat. § 137.512

Notice as to time and place of inspection of assessment records

Known as the Private Car Ad Valorem Tax Law

When the assessment plat books or records are completed, the assessor shall give two weeks' notice in at least two daily newspapers published within the city that the books are open for inspection, and stating when and where the board of equalization will be in session.
