Suits for foreclosure — parcels or tracts of land may be joined

Known as the Chapter 141 Municipal Land Bank Act

The act spans §§ 141–141 (104 sections).

Any number of parcels of real estate may be joined in one petition or suit. Each separate tract or parcel of real estate joined in any one action shall be given a serial number by the collector and shall be separately indexed and docketed by the circuit clerk in a book kept by the clerk for that purpose.
