Except as otherwise provided under Missouri law, all board meetings shall be open to the public and the board shall cause minutes and a record to be kept of all its proceedings. The land bank agency shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 610, chapter 109, and any other applicable provisions of law governing public records and public meetings.
