Mo. Rev. Stat. § 144.410

Remedies of state, cumulative

Known as the Compensating Use Tax Law

The act spans §§ 144–144 (145 sections).

It is expressly provided that the foregoing remedies of the state shall be cumulative, and that no action taken by the director of revenue or the attorney general shall be construed to be an election on the part of the state or any of its officers to pursue any remedy hereunder to the exclusion of any other remedy for which provision is made in sections 144.010 to 144.510.
