Mo. Rev. Stat. § 144.745

Violation not having a specific penalty deemed a misdemeanor

Known as the Compensating Use Tax Law

The act spans §§ 144–144 (145 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1974; (L. 1959 H.B. 35 § 30, A.L. 1974 H.B. 1288)

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 144.600 to 144.745 for which no criminal penalty is otherwise provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
