Special board meetings, how called — notice

Known as the Elementary and Secondary School District Enrollment Option Act

The act spans §§ 162–162 (184 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1963; (L. 1963 p. 200 § 3-5)

Special meetings of school boards may be held at the times fixed by the board, or on the call of the president or of a majority of the members of the board. Each member shall be notified of the time, place and purpose of the meeting.
