Mo. Rev. Stat. § 167.637

If the local board of education of a school district provides information on immunizations, infectious diseases, medications, or other school health issues to parents and guardians of students in a grade or grades not lower than kindergarten nor higher than the twelfth grade, the board shall include information that is identical or similar to that produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about influenza and influenza vaccinations.
