Bank deposits of system, how secured

Effective: 28 Aug 1959; (L. 1959 H.B. 227 § 1)

Any money belonging to the public school retirement system of Missouri which is deposited in any bank or trust company shall be secured by the deposit with and for said retirement system of securities of like kind and value as required by section 30.270 as security for the safekeeping and payment of deposits by the state treasurer.
