Boards may accept gifts for libraries — investment (seven-director districts)

The board of any seven-director district may accept and receive gifts and devises for the erection and endowment of libraries and for the purchase of books, and may invest the endowment fund upon the same security and in the same manner as required by Section 7, Article IX, of the Constitution of Missouri.
