School of optometry authorized, agreements, conditions, costs, how paid

1. The board of curators of the University of Missouri is authorized to enter into an agreement with other states for the establishment of a school of optometry, as provided for in the Federal Public Health Service Act, provided that:

The annual cost of operating the school, once the school has enrolled a full complement of students, including equipment and supplies beyond such funds as may be available from federal and other nonstate sources, shall be borne equally by the states party to the agreement on a pro rata, per-student basis.
