Limitations on participation

Known as the Higher Education Student Funding Act

The act spans §§ 173–173 (149 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1998; (L. 1998 H.B. 1694)

An eligible student may participate in the program for up to ten semesters, or their equivalent, whether consecutive or not, and may be awarded a loan of up to two thousand five hundred dollars per academic year by the board, not to exceed a maximum of ten thousand dollars. No student shall participate in the program more than seven years after beginning such participation.
