Board of directors of seven-director district may conduct summer schools

The board of education of any seven-director district, in its discretion, may establish and maintain summer schools, making all necessary rules and regulations therefor and fixing the rates of tuition of resident pupils above the age of twenty years and of others who are not entitled to receive free public school privileges in the district.
