Deposit of federal funds in general revenue fund — how disbursed

All moneys received by the state from the United States under any act of Congress for public library service purposes shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund. Moneys for public library service purposes shall be disbursed in accordance with requisitions of the state library.
