Standards and grades to be fixed

Known as the The Missouri Manufacturing Milk and Dairy Market Testing Law

The quality standards for grades of eggs, the size designation and standards therefor by weight, and tolerances within grades, shall be established by the director through the promulgation and issuance of regulations; provided, the quality standards and designations, size standards and designations, and tolerances within grades shall not be lower than those established by the United States Department of Agriculture.
