Appeal from order or regulation of board, how taken

Known as the The Missouri Manufacturing Milk and Dairy Market Testing Law

Any person aggrieved by an order or regulation of the milk board may appeal directly to the circuit court having jurisdiction over his principal place of business. The case shall be placed at the head of the docket for a de novo hearing.
