Certificate required — standards

Known as the Missouri Certificate of Need Law

1. No person or other entity shall provide hospice care, or hold himself out as a hospice, unless such person has a certificate pursuant to sections 197.250 to 197.280.

2. All skilled care provided by a hospice shall be provided in accordance with professionally accepted standards.
